We’re looking for a Warehouse Manager with strong leadership skills and the motivation to work in a faced-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the accurate transport and storage of materials in the warehouse by establishing effective operational procedures, such as verification of incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Ensures timeliness and accuracy of outbound orders.
- Forecasts labor and resources required to achieve area goals. Analyzes order trends and productivity reports to determine staffing schedules.
- Partner with other department leaders to coordinate general warehouse activities with other functional activities, such as packaging, order selection, put-away (stock availability), records control and inventory management.
- Develops annual operating budget for assigned departments.
- Develops and maintains standard work instructions. Ensures timely, documented training of team members.
- Manage employee performance using established company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in warehouse distribution management.
- Minimum 5 years’ operational team management experience.
- Thorough understanding of all distribution operations, such as receiving, packaging and order selection.
- Experience working in an SAP WM system environment, preferred.
