We’re looking for a Product Manager with effective communication skills and knowledge of common industrial products. The Product Manager is responsible for managing one or more product categories within our product offering – including adding and eliminating items.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic plan throughout a product’s lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing market requirements, defining the product vision and working with other departments to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
- Prepares business plans in line with organizational initiatives detailing future activities and forecasting performance.
- Negotiates with suppliers to ensure optimal product quality, cost and delivery conditions.
- Manages product category P&L statement.
- Conducts market research and analyzes market data to identify opportunities and/or threats that could impact the product category.
- Implements pricing and branding strategies to optimize revenue, margin and inventory.
- Maintains all product information in the system.
- Frequently prepares and reviews reports on the product category’s performance.
- Attends and participates in industry conferences, conventions and trade shows.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum two years’ experience in related field.
- Knowledge of MRO products is a plus.
Our salary range for this role is $85,000 - $106,000 including a full benefits package.
