We’re looking for a Credit & Collections/New Accounts Supervisor with strong leadership abilities and the energy to work with a growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Provides direct supervision for the Credit/Collections and New Accounts teams, with a focus on increased productivity through continuous process improvement.
- Responsible for aligning employee efforts with department goals.
- Manages the creation and maintenance of accurate Customer Master Data for all customers.
- Trains new employees, prepares performance appraisals and keeps attendance records.
- Assists staff by providing direction and answering questions.
- Fields escalated/difficult calls from customers and sales representatives.
- Prepares and distributes weekly call list to each collector.
- Performs weekly portfolio reviews with each collector. Identifies challenging accounts and helps guide resolution.
- Facilitate staff meetings. Performs ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree plus 7 years’ experience in Credit 7 Collections or Customer Data.
- Experience with SAP, preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical, time management and communication skills.
Our salary range for this role is $56,800 - $68,160 including a full benefits package.
